Click on the paint buckets and then fill the white portions with colors. If you think that the paint buckets don't really have enough and you need more, then click on 'All Colors' to open up a hundred colors portal. Why to wait now? Start to paint the balloons. Who knows the Balloon princess may offer some balloons to you!
